Contrary to some beliefs, stop orders placed for GLOBEX or in the pit are NOT visible to other traders. It is an Exchange infraction to dispense and /or act on such knowledge. An infraction would carry a severe penalty, not limited to a suspension or forfeiture of a member's exchange trading proviledges.
